Jennifer is the owner and Clinical Director at Realistic Serenity. She is a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, Approved Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Consultant/Trainer.

Ginger May Organizational Services

Ginger knows the ins and outs of working with insurance companies. She is integral to Realistic Serenity’s ability to be considered in-network providers for most major commercial insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Client Care Coordinator

Alejandra is the director of first impressions and likely the first person you’ll connect with at Realistic Serenity. She manages our waitlist, fields all phone and email inquiries, and helps clients complete their onboarding paperwork.

Case Manager

Javi works with clients to coordinate their care and provide assistance with unknowns like, “how do I sign up for medicaid?” and “where do I go for _____?”
