Professional Bio: Javi, set to graduate in 2024 with a BSc in Psychology and Social Action, has been working in the mental health field since 2019, and in 2022, they added case management to their skill set. Motivated by navigating their own late neurodivergence diagnosis, Javi is determined to obtain a professional counseling license in the next five years. Their mission is to champion neurodivergent individuals, fostering an environment where living true to oneself isn't just accepted but celebrated, amidst a world tailored for allistic standards.
