Insurance and Fees

We believe it is important to make counseling services as affordable and accessible as possible. Our therapists are considered in-network providers with most major insurance companies. If you do not see your insurance listed, please contact us and we will do our best to confirm your out-of-network benefits. Please be aware that we are required to bill Medicaid if you are receiving qualified services.

In-Network benefits can be utilized with:

• Aetna

• Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield)

• Cigna

• Children’s Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

• Friday Health Plans

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP):

We are considered in-network providers for many employee assistance programs. Your EAP may cover the first few sessions, after which you may use your insurance policy (if we are in-network) or continue to pay out of pocket.

Adjusted Fee Program:

The Adjusted Fee Program (AFP) is available to those who may be uninsured, underinsured, or simply looking for more flexibility with scheduling. The AFP is also a great option for families who are seeking services for multiple individuals or children. Our AFP clinicians are masters-level counseling interns in the final stages of their program. They receive direct supervision from one or two highly trained and licensed clinicians. * Fees are $40 per 50 minute session
* The Adjusted Fee Program is not available to individuals with Medicaid benefits

Out-of-Pocket Rates:

Our fees vary by provider, based on education and experience levels. For individuals who would like to use out-of-network benefits or skip insurance altogether, our fees are as follows:

• 50 minutes: $150 (standard play therapy or individual sessions)

• 80 minutes: $240 (sometimes better for couples/families or EMDR)
