Personal Interests: When Jen is not working, she practices her own self-care by hanging out with her family, riding her motorcycle, and playing with her fuzzy four-legged children. She loves to spend her downtime outside in nature, doing DIY arts and craft projects, or cuddled up with a cup of tea and a good movie.

Professional Bio: Jen earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Regis University. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Prior to working in mental health, Jen previously worked in various fields within the healthcare setting. She plans to work towards becoming a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC).
