Personal Bio: Before starting graduate in school at Regis University, Alexa played Division 1 softball at Syracuse University in Upstate New York. In her spare time, Alexa loves to hang out with her cats and dog. As well as her family and friends. Alexa loves to get outside and enjoy her time at local coffee shops and explore the Rocky Mountains and outdoors. Alexa loves to listen to music and explore all kinds of different music.

Professional Bio: Alexa is currently getting her master’s degree in the counseling program at Regis University. She is currently on track for the play therapy certificate and is learning to work with children and adolescents, teenagers, and young adults. Alexa is continuing to learn and create a safe and welcoming space for individuals to help them grow and develop into who they are working to be. Alexa’s therapeutic style is creating and building rapport with her client in a safe and warming place. Always meeting where her clients are and giving them a space to grow into who they want to be as individuals.
