I use a variety of therapeutic modalities when counseling individuals, but I focus on using Reality Therapy. Reality Therapy is a method of counseling which uses Choice Theory. The basic goal is to help you gain control over your own life: What is it you want? What are you doing to get it? Is what you are doing now helping you to get what you want? We all make choices, tons of them, every single day. Some of these are helpful, but some are not helping us at all and we don't realize it. My job is to help you examine these choices and determine what is working, what isn't and where to go from here. I want to help empower you to choose your own happiness!
