DBT is comprised of four categories which focuses on different skills in each:
Mindfulness – Be present, stay in the moment
Distress Tolerance – Coping with strong, overbearing emotions
Emotional Regulation – Identifying, bringing awareness to, and dealing with emotions
Interpersonal Effectiveness – Building and maintaining strong relationships
Here is what you can expect:
Worksheets, skill practice, and open discussion
10-week program, meets once per week (usually) 4:30 - 6:00PM
Adolescents ages 12-14
For maximum group efficacy, registration for the entire series is required. *You will be charged weekly for the series, regardless of attendance.
